On the dial pad, hold down 1 until it calls ''voicemail''
If you don't have it set up already, then that's your problem.
To set it up, you'll be prompted to '''press 1, or press 2... '' When they ask you, just unlock your phone, select the dial pad, and tap in the number you need.
Then you select a message style, and record your message.

For whatever reason, the voicemail feature wasn't setup on your phone when it was activated. Call the customer service number. Don't try to use the option menu, it's really circular and not helpful at all. Once the automated menu starts, press 5, then 2, then 4. They'll give you some basic info, just listen, then wait. After a few seconds they will ask if you want to "chat with a customer care representative". Press the number, it should be zero. Then they will verify your phone number. Then they will list off a bunch ofinformation about your account. This is where you have to be patient and wait it out. When done, they will ask if you want "to continue without any more information". Press that number. They will have you verify your pin, then they'll get someone on the line. Finally, a person who can help. You may have to call back again to make sure they reset it, but they will help.
