Incoming Calls

When someone calls me, my phone does'nt ring or deplays that an incoming call is coming in. The person calling me hears it ringing on there end until it goes to voice mail, but nothing comes in to my end. The person calling me can leave a voice mail and my phone will receive the voice mail. My voice mail will alert me to the voice mail that was received. Why does'nt my phone ring or even show that someone is try to call my phone?

Go to settings > Sounds > Check if the Phone Ringtone volume is maximum. If the volume is maximum then, reset your device once by following steps:-

Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Defaults.
