My Boost Motorola Clutch Phone Wont Ring.

it just puts a missed call mess on the screen, when i try to call it from a different phone, it barely rings one time then goes directly to voicemail

okay, so i know this was a year ago but maybe this will still help someone because i just had this problem. My grandpa has a motorola boost mobile and I called boost mobile for help.

if the phone doesnt ring and says "missed call" whenever someone calls follow these steps:

1. go to the menu screen

2. go to "profiles"

3. there should be the word "standard", select view

4. you should see the next screen, hit "edit"

5. go to "call filter" and select

6. the first line says phone and should be set to "off". when i was having this problem, phone was set to "all". so change it to "off". (i think all the settings should be set to off)

after that it should work! hope this helps someone! :)
