Boost Mobile Phone Is Turned Off Early

I PAID MY PHONE PAYMENT NEARLY TWO WEEKS AGO AND I MOVED AND NOW IT IS TELLING ME THAT I NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT . I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE UNTILL I PAID OVER THE PHONE . THIS IS A PROBLEM BECAUSE I HAVE NO LAND LINE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY MY BOOST MOBILE PHONE AND I CANT FIND A WAY TO TALK TO BOOST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
