I Would Like To Add My Boostmobile Phone To My Personal Computer How Do I Do It?

I am currently with boostmobile.sprintpcs.com with my cell phone needs,I also have a laptop by COMPAQ a Presario running on Verizon modem DSL with Windows 7 ultramate.I would like to link both of them togather,so I can run Windows Live with my pc on my cell phone by SANYO Inconito.
