Zte Warp Sequent And Multimedia Messages In Downloading State

My ZTE Warp Sequent through Boost mobile was recently sent some multimedia messages which were pictures with a message or caption attached, they have been in downloading state for 2 days now, and was wondering if there is a fix/update for this issue, possibly even a setting change. Just to add that if a picture w/no message attached is sent, the picture comes through fine, as well as text message are fine-just don't combine the two. Any help would be appreciated! Jeff
