Unlock Account Online

My account is frozen due to excessive failed attempts on using the pin number. How do I unlock it? I requested the pin number but it wont let me in when I use pin #. Please help me. Thank you, Boost customer

Hello if you have lost or forgotten your boost Mobile pin simply Visit this page: https://apps.boostmobile.com/boostApp/myAccount.do click on 'forgot Pin' follow the instructions and provide your phone number.

You may need to do one of the following to unlock your account online:

Contact Customer Service by calling them at: 888-266-7848. You will need to go through the automated system before reaching a 'live' rep

-Or-

Fill in the following form to submit a request to unlock your phone. (The response time varies according to call volume at that time)

If you use the form, please include a call back number where the rep can call you.
