I Can't Send Or Receive Text Messages On A Motorla Clutch
I CAN get and make calls but it won't send or receive texts. It says "Message not sent:transport error" any suggestions? Had this phone and Boost Mobile service activated two days ago. Tried a master reset "per tech's walkthrough" and then they told me that I wouldn't be able to send for an hour...it's been about 10 hrs now...before tech support tried to tackle the issue at least I was able to SEND texts.

Try taking your battery out for 30 seconds or so. after u put it back in and turn it on it should work. If it doesn't, request they send you a new phone. If they can't fix it over the network and you can't fix it like that then you have a faulty phone. At least if they think they have to provide a new phone they'll work harder to avoid that cost.
