Retreiving Numbers
if my phone goes dead is there any way i can retreive my numbers from boost mobile?

Not unless you went into your settings and chose to back up your sim card. Also, a lot of people make the mistake of not selecting the storage of contacts to their sim card instead of the phone memory, so once their phone breaks down or broken, all the contacts are gone too.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. I always make a habit of writing down the numbers I use the most on a piece of paper then I leave it in my underwear drawer for safe keeping. :)
