My Phone Keeps Shutting Off When I Try And Make A Phone Call

My phone was working fine earlier but when I tried to make a phone call the screen kept turning white and kept powering off. I restarted my phone and then I couldn't open my text messages, on my phone I have full service but when I call it says things like error network not available, error 01 and error 481. What can I do to fix these problems? Please help!!
