You have posted this question at HelpOwl rather than at Boost Mobile. We cannot deactivate it. But there is also no reason for you to have it deactivated.

Once the battery has been properly charged, got to the online Boost Mobile Support page. At this page you can scroll down until you see the Sanyo Juno. You should first download the User Guide and then wach the tutorials by clicking on that suggestion. There are 12 different tutorials. Please begin with Explore Device.

If after reading the User Guide and seeing the videos, you are still not comfortable, contact Customer Service or call 1-866-402-7366.

You can also use the store locator at the top of the page to find the closest store. just enter your zip code by clicking on the words enter zip on the upper line tool bar.
