It would be one of two possible problems - 1) The phone isn't working correctly, in which you should take it to the nearest dealer or call customer service at 888-266-7848. 2) In all probability it isn't finding a signal due to Boost Mobile's awful coverage. If you are not on a major highway or in a city, Boost doesn't have coverage. My father-in-law tried them for 1 month and switched for this exact reason. Missed calls due to 'no' coverage made the decision for him. If this is the problem, try Straight Talk - excellent coverage. The depreciating monthly cost is not worth it if you can't make a call!!!
