Hi if for any reason the phone is locked and you do not have the password the only remaining way to unlocked is by making a hard reset on the phone but this will erase all the info that is stored on the memory of the phone not the one on the sim card or the sd card just the one on the phone to make the hard reset follow this link https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/42560/~/i1---master-clear-(factory-data-reset)-internal-and-external after doing the hard reset you need to perform th emsater clear and that is it all the phone is gonna work again if for any reson the phone ask for some 6 digit passwod this passowrd is 000000 only ceros but acording to my knoledge there is no password required if for any reason oyu have any question about it you can call 866-402-7366 boost mobile cust care and when the automated machine start giving you the options dial 88 to get a live agent right away
