Hello Daddyspumpkin25,

When you want to block a certain number from calling/texting your mobile number, sendf a text to 9999 with the word 'block' followed by the phone number (no dashes). You shouldd receive a text back from Boost confirming the number has been blocked.

You can also send the word 'help' to the same 4 digits number (9999) to receive a text on how to block/unblock a number.
