I Am Accused Of Having A Used Phone.

I received my new Boost phone for xmas--2010. My son was helpin me activate my phone and get a #. IN the mean time, I found out I could use my old # from AT&T--so I called and was able to get that old #. As I was talkin to my representive, he told me I was dedcuted $10 from my account because I had a "used" phone. This is not true. My phone is brand new--but because the Boost person didnt know what he was talkin about, I was cheated $10 of my $20 card I bought. I want my money back on my phone--NOW! This is not fair. Thank you.
