Why Did They Discontinue The Zte Warp?

My husband and I got the ZTE warp phones from bootmobile in august and we want to know why they discontinued the phone? We have had alot of problems with the phones. They randomly freeze and now my phone earpiece sounds like it got wet and my husbands phone you can hear people calling but you can not hear him when he talks. Please help
