1.Google account, if you have a google account and have opened the funtion of sync, it can make a backup for your phone data frequently, and you can try to sign in google account.

3.Sim card, altough your phone isn't a android phone,and if you have the good habit that making copy for your messages to your sim card, you can find backup from you sim card,
