If they come from the same person, it might be they are doing so on accident and you might want to inform them. It's also possible they are trying to send you a picture, video, or some sort of format that your phone doesn't accept. You can text them and ask them if they're sending you something in a unique font, a picture, video, or audio file, and what format they're using to try and work out the problem. You may be able to enable mms messages if that is the case, or resolve the issue by having them use a different format like a smaller picture size, or simply sending them to your email. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you can try calling customer service to see if they can help resolve the matter. Good luck.
