Doing a master reset on ANY phone is a last resort in fixing any problems with your phone. Unless you have a memory card to store all your info on, u may lose everything on your phone, including contacts, pics, and bookmarks. Before you consider doing a master reset, contact the Boost Mobile service provider. Boost Mobile uses the Sprint network, so maybe contacting them is a good place to start. And if they suggest doing a master reset, they will tell you how to perform this action. Before you do, write down all the personal info you have saved on your phone!
