Hi fisrt if you have a boot mobile account you need to pay 15 fee for the mobile phone change or if you haven use this yet you can call cust service and tell them you are having harasment calls and they will waive the fee 1 time only. Also just want to remind you all the Voicemail messages attached to that phone number are gonna be erased also you will have some delays on the text messages and web access updating the prl will resolve this delay. So you need to call 611 from your boost mobile phone and when the automated system start giving you all the options dial 88 and a live agent will answer the call
