How Do I Delete Pictures If It Says I Can't Because Of Picasa Instant Upload?

My phone is a kyocera hydro. I have some pictures that need to be deleted i have tried everything. I tried a solution you guys gave me and it was for me to go to settings then account and sync and go to the upload thing and do it from there but there isnt an instant upload thing there. I REALLY NEED HELP!!
