How Do I Get Credit For Minutes Already Paid On A New Phone I Ordered?

My current Boost phone (Juno) is up to date on payment and not due for reboost for at least two weeks. Ive ordered a new Boost phone (Force) and want credit for the month I have. Will it transfer over when I connect the new phone to my current number?

If you are just switching an existing account to the new handset then thats no problem. They will just change the esn number they have for your account on record to the new phones esn. When you call to activate it tell them you just want to do an esn swap. They will know exactly what you mean. If you are wanting to make a new account altogether then have the balance transfered, all i can say is to ask nicely. Its against policy to do it but they can credit you the difference(if they want to).

As long as you are keeping the same number, just do an esn swap.
