Greetings - The Reboost card should have a serial number - look up this numbe or some number - with this serial call Boost Mobile's customer care and they should be able to give you the 3 numbers.

The quickest way to speak to a live rep is to

1. choose option 2
2. option 2 again
3. enter 10 zeros
4. enter 10 zeros again upon the promting
