Greetings - Depending on what you wish to do your account number can either be your phone number or one that is kept and only known by Boost Mobile and available upon request (usually needed when porting). If you are simply trying to login and have forgotten both your account number and pin, the only known way to reset these is to call the customer service. To have the pin resetted you will be expected to know the year and month on which the account was activated to prove that you are the owner.
