Does Blueshield Offer Temporary Medical Insurance For A 54 Person? How Soon ?

I'm a cancer survivor, 54 years old, USA legal resident. Right now and I'm outside of USA because I underwent chemotherapy treatment in the country I was born. But now I need to go to consultation in Florida, at the Moffitt Center and I need medical insurance. How soon can I obtain insurance through Blueshield Bluecross? Can it be effective before July 1st?

I don't see anything attached to the previous answer. Also, that answerer may not be aware that the Blue Cross Blue Shield companies are all independent and operate differently in different states. Your best option is to ask the company, which you can reach by phone weekdays. The phone number is 800-333-2227, but that may not work outside the country. An alternative is to use the advice at https://gethuman.com/phone-number/Blue-Cross-and-Blue-Shield-FLA, which offers other ways to reach the company by phone.
