Play Movie

I'm extremely frustrated. I JUST signed up for blockbuster now with my roku and purchased a movie. I can now ONLY watch the trailer and not the movie. It states that there's an error and to contact customer support and to my luck you guys are closed. I am here with my entire family to watch this AND I've paid for it. This is embarrassing. It seems you guys are quick to take my money but don't care about actually providing the service!
