Termination Of Online Account Due To Lack Of Customer Service

I would like to cancel my online account with immediate effect due to ongoing problems and poor levels of customer service I am reveiving from my local store in Luton (Park Street) I have been a member online for 2 months now and was in formed when I joined online that any instore renatls wouls be £1.50. However after contacting the online team I was told they would inform my local shop about the £1.50 costs.....yet still I was told it hadnt been adjusted!! They waivered the costs for me on 2 occassions, however on the 3rd I payed the full price £2.99 ....which I agreed to pay as long as it was reimbursed when the problem was sorted. I then contacted the online team once more and was informed again that it was the responsibility of the store to adjust my payment to £1.50....and that if I go to the store and explain,they will sort it out!....I was also told by the adviser that if there were any problems to tell the store to call head office. WELL...that was 3 weeks ago that I went into the store and was told by a young asian girl that I was WRONG!!! It is the reonsibility of the ONLINE STORE....I did say to her I was told if there were any problems call HEAD OFFICE!!! Which she seemed very reluctant to do!!! However after calling yourself she told me lines were busy and HEAD OFFICE were calling back!!! I went into the shop today and have found the matter has still not been resolved and the STORE MANAGER (Neesha??) seems very suprised that I am unhappy that the situation has not yes been resolved. I find her customer service levels atrocious!!! ...and it is no wonder I am raising my voice....when this issue cannot be resolved easily!!! I  have no option but to cancel my membership with immediate effect and with great sadnes will be cancelling my online account also.
