Blackberry Security

I accidentally selected wrong site key on Bank of America mobile banking site and now when i log on i get a message stating that "for security reasons mobile banking cannot be accessed on this device. I have contacted the bank as well as my phone provider they both said it is a blackberry issue. Is it a blackberry security issue?
