Blackberry Email Problems

Overnight Friday I stopped receiving emails to all three of the email addresses on my phone. I have been able to add two of them but the third is my msn account and it will not allow me to add. It keeps saying "update failed". We have contacted my service provider, who referred us to msn because it appears to be a server issue. MSN referred us back to the service provider. We have not been able to fix the problem. Any advice?
