Why Is It So Hard To Exchange A Broken Bran New Bb For A New One??

i got a bb upgrade last month. the new bb bold gave me problems from day one. i returned it within 7 days then waited almost a month for a new bb but when i received it it looked like it was refurbished, nothing about it said to me it was a new bb and im having the same problem as what i had with the first one. surely the 7 day warrantee should implie you get a new out of the box bb?? why is it not the case? whyam i getting story after story as to why i can not have a out of the box new bb??
