What Is A Data Plan?
My Blackberry 8520 says I need a data plan in order to access the internet, Therefore I am unable to use the internet on WIFI routers.
I have a new simcard now that is unlocked, before it was Vodafone, now it is O2, what I don't understand is what is a data plan and why do I need one?
And would I need to pay some monthly charge?
I currently pay monthly on the internet to another ISP
