How Do I Remove An App That Is Blocking Me From Seeing My Screen?

i downloaded four square from blackberry world and now it has a permanent message on my screen which says the application four square has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall which is not allowed by your i t policy how do i remove this please?
