Tiller Starts,tines Will Turn But Won't Dig.motor Sounds Fine

I would suggest one of the gears which connect the motor to the tines has lost teeth or a gear has come loose so allowing the engine to turn but not turn the tines, This is a link to a parts supplier which should point you in the right direction. There are others.
