Firstly, make sure the lights on the charger flash during charging. Let it charge for around 2 hours, then remove charger and try pressing the power button. It should show the remaining battery charge on the indicator. If these steps do not work, the unit probably has a faulty battery or charger. Return it for repair.

Why is my Dustbuster not working?
Check the charging cord to make sure it is not damaged and it is correctly attached to the charging base. Make sure the switch is in the Off or "O" position. If the charger is working properly it will be warm to the touch. Make sure you have charged the unit for a minimum of 16 hours pre-November 2014.
