This link to the user guide does not have any reference to a fuse. It is likely that if the blower has ceased to work even trying in another outlet then it is possible the cable could be broken. This type of problem occurs usually at the entry point of the machine or at the plug end. If you are not able to test the cable yourself you should speak to an electrician for help.
