Total Floors Pet. The Spinning Brush On The Bottom Quit Spinning.

The brush on the bottom is not spinning. The belt and motor spin just fine. I took the brushdoff and the ends that side in the grooves will not rotate. So, now the belt slips. The vac is only 3 months old.

You will need to replace the brush and I recommend replacing the belt too.  If hair, string or debris clogs the brush and ruin the brush endcaps.  These normal wear and tear parts aren't replacable under warranty.  Here is a quick link to get these parts.  (the brush is in the bottom section)
