Brushes Do Not Rotate On Bissel Steam And Mop

- Unplug the machine, and clear any hair or debris off of the brush.
- Make sure the unit is plugged into a functioning outlet, and that there is no damage to the power cord.
- Make sure the brush power switch is turned on (l).
If the brush still does not turn, we would recommend having your machine inspected by a technician at a local BISSELL Authorized Service Center. You can locate one at http://www.bissell.com/service-centers/?zip=Enter%20your%20zip%20code&distance=50&cid=ccsocial
