Brand New Steam Mop Deluxe Leaks Around Water Bottle And Filter.

First, check to make sure the cap and insert is assembled properly. It should have a red or black gasket around the nozzle, with an x-valve in the middle. Also, make sure the black o-ring on the bottom of the water filter is in place on the stem. If it has fallen off you will need a new filter.
Finally, make sure the filter is secured properly with the water tank secured above it. Also, make sure there are no cracks in either piece.
