Not Spinning?
I have had my Bissell fit about two years now and it always worked great. there's nothing wrong with the motor or belt. the bottom part that spins tthe dirt into the vacuum isn't spinning. please help!

Hi, if you're sure both the motor and belt are fine, then there is likely one of either two problems: either there is too much hair/dirt/debris caught up in the brush, preventing it from spinning, or the pulley that the belt rides on is worn down or broken. If neither of these is the case, then there is some other obstruction inside preventing the belt from making the brush spin.
