Bissell New 'power Groom' Model# 67e2w. No Suction At All-power Only To Main Hea
If i disconnect the telescopic handle with cleaning head, there is absolutely no power on the cannister: no lights, no suction, no sound of any kind. There had to be a simple solution . . .something I haven't done ???

It sounds as if the hose power cord isn’t attached to the base of the machine, the power won’t turn on.
