Vacuum Will Not Move On Carpet And It Loud Help!

Please select the proper carpet height using the adjustment knob on the front of the unit.  For high-pile carpet set the height adjustment to the highest setting.  If the vacuum is excessively loud, we first recommend that you clean the filters and look for clogs in the upper or lower hose (the lower hose is located between the brushroll and the back of the unit).
