Brush Doesn't Spin

I just went to vacuume and the brush isn't spinning what solutions do you rrecommend

You will need to replace the brush and I recommend replacing the belt too.  If hair, string or debris clogs the brush and ruin the brush endcaps.  These normal wear and tear parts aren't replacable under warranty.  Here is a quick link to get these parts.  (the brush is in the bottom section)

I was having the same problem.  Make sure all of the filters are clean..those sap away suction fast if they're dirty.
