Bissell Powerforce Roller Brush Will Not Turn

Hi, if the brush won't turn, it's often because hair or other debris has gotten stuck in the brush, preventing it from turning, or gotten stuck in the gear or belt that drives the brush. Take the brush out and clean it, and inspect the gear and belt.
