How Do I Assemble The Filters For My Bissell 12b1 Powerforce Helex

I know how frustrating this may be, but assembling the filters is pretty easy.

After you wrap the foam filter around the pleated filter, you'll need to lock the filters into the filter cup. On the bottom of the filters, there are three rectangular notches and three matching ones in the filter cup. Line these notches up, then twist the filter clockwise to secure. Then install the filter cup into your vacuum.
