Air Blowing Out

bought bissel helix powerforce   air is blowing out the vents is this normal

Hey, air blowing out from the vent is normal. The air is coming from the motor and has to be vented to prevent the vacuum from overheating.

To keep the vacuum working tip top, don't forget to check your filters regularly for optimum performance.
