Since there is no part info in the manual or online in reference to the battery pack I suggest you call BISSELL Consumer Services 1-800-237-7691 Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. ET Saturday 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET Or visit our website @ www.bissell.com for assistance in locating a replacement.
