How To Assemble My Vac

I took apart my bissell easyvac lightweight bagless vacuum cleaner to clean it. I`m trying to put it back together and it seems as though I`m missing a part. I checked the area in which I placed my parts that I took apart. However, I dont see any. I threw away my manual on accident.
