Binatone 410 Spirit Corded Telephone

HiI have just bought a Binatone 410 Spirit Corded Telephone and when I answer the phone I can't hear the caller but the call can hear me.Can you tell me how to turn the volume up so I can hear the caller please?

Check that all cords are properly fixed, try resetting the phone by turning it off allow some time before turning it on, if the problem persist then it might be from the earpeice.
