Install Games Manager And Games On New Computer

we pay monthly on Visa and have purchased severral games. Technician could not install them on new computer. Something about not compatable? Said I must talk with you directly

Instructions on reinstalling the Big Fish Game Manager can be viewed here

Once you have installed the Game Manager, it should open automatically. Log into your account and you should be able to view your game purchase history with the option to re-install by clicking on "My Games" on the left hand side of the Game Manager.

Right click on your software setup.exe then click on compatibility then set it as windows xp mode then check if stll same then make sure your user has amdinistrator rights.
