Cancel Big Fish Account

If you would like to cancel your Big Fish Club Membership but don't remember the email address used to create your account, please contact Customer Support.

In order for Customer Support to promptly locate your account, you will likely be asked to provide the following:

• Your first and last name
• First four and last four digits of the payment card on the account
• The card's expiration date
• Your billing address

If you use the "Customer Support" link above you will be taken to a form to fill out, enter your reason for contacting them and provide the email address you currently use. 

The other option to contact Customer Support is to send an email directly to them. provide all the information you think they might need to locate your account. Please do not include your entire credit card number.

You  may use either method, or both methods, if you prefer. You should  recieve a reply within 2-3 business days regarding the issue.
